To The Rescue Home Health Care is an ACHC Accredited organization dedicated to improving the quality of people’s lives. Our services include skilled nursing; physical, occupational and speech therapy; and home health care.
It is our goal to make a difference one patient at a time by listening to individual needs, providing continuity of care and demonstrating trustworthiness and professionalism through ethical and legal practices.
Skilled Nursing
In coordination with your doctor, our licensed nurses will thoroughly assess your needs and create a personalized plan of care to best meet those needs.
Physical, Ocupational and Speech Therapy
Our therapists are licensed to provide all types of skilled therapy. You will never need to leave the comfort of your home. We come directly to you so you can continue to live safely and independently in your own home.
Home Health Aide
Whether you are recovering from surgery, illness or hospitalization, or simply wish to remain in the comfort of your own home with support, our home health aides will be there for you. Our home health aides work in partnership with our team of nurses and provide hands-on, personalized care that will give you peace of mind.
When to Ask for Help
To The Rescue Home Health provides assistance in coordination with the patient, caregiver, family and multidisciplinary team. Our goal is to return our patients to optimal health and help you live safely in your home. Our care plans are individualized for each person’s needs.

- Has your medical condition recently changed?

To The Rescue accepts the following payment sources:
