Supported Living Services (SLS) and Children’s Extensive Services (CES)

Service Area: Greater Denver Area

To The Rescue Colorado is happy to be able to work with adults and children on the Supported Living Services (SLS) and Children’s Extensive Services (CES) waivers through our Family Caregiver Program. The Family Caregiver Program permits a family member, friend or neighbor to deliver the necessary services to the individual in services. Services may be home or community based services, depending on the preference of the individual in services and their family members. To The Rescue Colorado provides full training to the family member or friend to be able to meet the requirements of the position. To The Rescue Colorado also holds a Class B License for unskilled care, issued through the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment. This license permits us to certify caregivers to provide hands-on care in the home.

• Mentorship (SLS)
