Our comprehensive life services model allows us to offer a vast array of specialized assistance and supports. Our products and programs are intentionally designed to meet the needs of each individual and each community we serve.
Currently, we provide direct care services in Iowa and Colorado.
In Iowa, we also partner with our sister company, PRK Williams Building Group, to provide safe, universally designed, healthy homes.

Residential Housing
Residential housing helps people get and keep an independent living situation. It is intended for people who, without the service, could not otherwise maintain independent housing. Adults who need extra supervision or care can live in the least restrictive setting while receiving the level of care and assistance they need.Through the support of To The Rescue, individuals may choose to live in a host home where they receive assistance from their host family, or in a To The Rescue Home, where they receive assistance from direct support professionals.
Medical Housing
To The Rescue Medical Housing is designed for individuals who require on-site care for complex medical needs. Our medical homes offer a unique opportunity for individuals requiring comprehensive, high level medical care to live in a safe, secure home while enjoying the benefits of fully integrated programming unique to To the Rescue. Eligible medical housing members have the option of being cared for by To The Rescue’s Certified Home Health Care team of nurses and other trained professionals.
Supported Living & Children’s Extensive Services
To The Rescue provides services to adults on the Supported Living Services (SLS)
Waiver, as well as to children on the Children’s Extensive Services (CES) Waiver. To The Rescue hires a designated family member to provide the services that the member has selected to support their health and safety, while enhancing their
growth and independence.
Daily & Hourly Supportive Community Living
To The Rescue provides daily & hourly supportive community living to help individuals with disabilities live independently in the community. Every individual in our supportive community living program is actively involved in planning the services they need to be successful. Our team members provide opportunities to participate in every day activities for self discovery; life enrichment and other life skills. We can plan meals together; go grocery shopping; attend a movie; go to a ball game; see a play; visit the zoo; discover new hobbies; attend community events and many other enriching activities. These services are perfect for a loved one who needs extra support for daily activities.
Day Program
The To The Rescue Day Program offers safe and supportive services for individuals who need assistance or supervision during the day. We help individuals with disabilities develop life skills that promote independence by supporting physical and emotional health, self-advocacy, socialization and community engagement. The programs are designed to meet the unique needs and interests of all participants and offer a variety of choices.
Supported Employment Services
At To The Rescue, we offer employment services to individuals with disabilities who experience barriers to finding employment. We provide a range of support services, including personalized job searches, skill building and job coaching. Our goal is to help individuals attain financial independence and find rewarding work experiences.
Transportation Services
To The Rescue provides accessible, special event, elderly and special needs transportation. Our transportation services are available for individuals in our programs as well as the general community.
Residential & Commercial Cleaning
To The Rescue provides professional cleaning services to the general community as well as commercial cleaning services for businesses, apartment complexes and more.
Certified Home Health Care
To The Rescue provides skilled nurse care in coordination with an individual’s physician. Our goal is to help return optimal health so that individuals can continue living safely in their home. All plans are individualized to meet specific needs and range from skilled nursing services to physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy. Medicare, Medicaid and other insurance options are accepted.

Healthy Spaces shares To The Rescue’s Mission of improving the quality of people’s lives. Healthy Spaces provides a proprietary indoor air quality solution to naturally clean indoor air!
